Our Team
Christine Gambetta-Nunez is the owner of the York Flower Shop. She had worked side by side with Laura as design manager for 20 years and is thrilled to carry on the legacy of the York Flower Shop. As a floral designer and florist of over 30 years, Christine has mastered the art of design. Buying local is very important to her as well as recycling products and keeping the shop green.
Laura Kennedy was the previous owner of the York Flower Shop for the past 26 years and we are pleased that she will continue on as part of our team. Her expertise, love of nature and travel is seen throughout our shop.
Gretchen May is the manager of The York Flower Shop, and has been a floral designer and florist with us for over 20 years. Growing up as a local to York, ME, she has a great personal relationship with our customers. She has a very organic style and loves working with plants and natural medium.
